Gluing kerfing to sides

Assemble Neck Blank—It is common practice to cut off the headstock, flip it over and glue it back to the neck. However, I use a longer blank so I don't have to flip the headstock. It requires more wood and another angle cut, but since the figure isn't interrupted at the joint the neck looks more like it was made from a single board .

This little fixture keeps all the joints straight and true when I glue the headstock and heel block to the neck shaft.
